SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY PERIOD Orders are approximately delivered within 5 to 12 days. However, in special circumstances, delivery may take between 7 to 14 days. Please note that there might be delays in logistics updates during exceptional situations. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your order to you.

All transactions & deliveries are only carried out according to working days (usually Monday to Friday). There is no delivery on public holidays. If you place an order on a holiday, the order will be processed the next workday.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS Please note that once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

The duration of international shipping varies based on the location, usually taking between 4-10 business days. However, circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, service disruption, customs duties, local customs procedures, and inspections, may cause delivery delays or interruptions. Cyeecare cannot be held responsible or liable for such instances.

For international customers, it is important to note that all duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the government are their responsibility. If customers provide an incorrect shipping address, we cannot pack or ship their package. Unfortunately, packages sent to an invalid or incorrect address cannot be re-shipped. Customers are, therefore, accountable for providing accurate shipping information when creating an order.

Please note that the size of an order may sometimes cause delivery delays due to events or conditions within the shipping company.

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS There is no minimum order amount required to make a purchase on our website.

ORDER INFORMATION EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS Please note: We only receive exchange requests regarding order product changes or address updates within 12 hours after the order is placed.

CUSTOMS FEE Please be advised that tariffs may be assessed based on your country of delivery. Prior to finalizing your order, we recommend conducting a thorough review of your country's tariff policy to ascertain any potential customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
